Our social responsibility policy is based on compliance with Guatemalan labor legislation, the hiring of employees by capacity and gender focus: Single mothers, Elderly people, Women with 0 or low academic level, Women in rural areas. Recreation spaces for our employees as well as support for professional development (permits for academic studies) and Support for students in the region for the realization of student practices. (Knowledge space, food, lodging, basic services).
